Welcome to my site! I am Dave Swisher, and I’ve been lending since 1988, so the grey hair is well earned.  Now more than ever in my lending career experience matters.  I sincerely care about each client and their needs.  We offer loans to purchase homes, refinance, or simply remodel an existing home.   As a mortgage bank we have all the tools readily available.  Of course, we have the typical conforming and VA loans.  What probably differentes us from our competition besides the grey hair is our in house underwriting along with the highest FHA credentials possible.  The "Full Eagle" FHA designation means we can underwrite FHA loans without sending the file out for approval.
